Make delicious homemade mozzarella pizza with a crispy, golden crust, rich tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. A simple recipe that brings authentic Italian flavors to your table!
Ingredients :

For the Dough:
- 500 g strong bread flour
- 1 tbsp dry yeast
- 300–350 ml warm water
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sugar
For the Tomato Sauce:
- 390 g tomato sauce
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tbsp MYST Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Topping:
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 thin slices mozzarella cheese
- 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
- 10 thin slices spicy salami
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Fresh arugula leaves
- 1 tbsp MYST Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Make a well in the center and gradually add the warm water while mixing with a fork. Knead the dough by hand for at least 5 minutes, until smooth, elastic, and only slightly sticky.
- Lightly grease a bowl with olive oil, place the dough inside, cover with a damp kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into a ball, then divide it into two equal portions and form two smaller dough balls. (If you only need one pizza, freeze the second dough for later.)

- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface until very thin, as it will rise during baking.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce over the dough. Top with the mozzarella slices, shredded mozzarella, spicy salami, and cherry tomatoes.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh arugula and dried basil, then finish with a drizzle of MYST Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
