Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy
At MYST ULTRA PREMIUM FOOD & CO. L.P. , we are committed to delivering high-quality products and outstanding customer service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or encounter any issue with a product you have received, our team is here to assist you promptly.
This Returns & Right of Withdrawal Policy is governed by the applicable Greek and European consumer protection legislation.
1. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that:
- differs from what you ordered,
- has a manufacturing defect,
- has been damaged during transport,
- or presents any issue resulting from our responsibility,
please contact us as soon as possible and, preferably, within 48 hours of delivery by sending a description of the issue along with photographs to: support@myst.gr
After evaluating your request, we will, where appropriate:
- replace the product,
- issue a full or partial refund,
- or offer another suitable solution at no additional cost to you.
In these cases, all return shipping and replacement costs will be covered by the Company.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Greek and European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing any reason within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you receive your order.
If your order consists of multiple products delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

3. Conditions for Accepted Returns
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- be unused,
- be returned in its original condition,
- be returned in its original packaging,
- include all accessories, gifts, and accompanying materials,
- be accompanied by the purchase receipt or invoice.

4. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal for reasons unrelated to any fault on the part of the Company, the cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.
If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged product, all return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by the Company.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days, using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
For payments made by credit card, debit card, or PayPal, the time required for the refund to appear may depend on the processing procedures of the respective payment service provider.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
For reasons of public health and food safety, returns cannot be accepted for:
- food or beverages that have been unsealed after delivery,
- products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly,
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened,
- products manufactured or packaged according to the customer's specific requirements.
Promotional bundles or product sets may only be returned as a complete set and not as individual items, provided that all other conditions of this policy are met.
