Return of non-defective products – Customer’s right of withdrawal without justification.

The CUSTOMER has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the delivery of the products, and in the case of an order including multiple products, from the delivery of the last product.

Withdrawal is as follows:

– Withdrawal without justification and without any surcharge. If the product has already been delivered, the customer shall return the product in exactly the same condition as received, with its full packaging in perfect condition. The return of the product is accepted only if the buyer has already paid any amount incurred by the company in order to send the product as well as any shipping cost for returning the product.

– Notice of withdrawal shall be in written or electronically and the COMPANY is obliged to send a confirmation of receipt of the notice of withdrawal as soon as it receives it.

– Following the notice of withdrawal, the COMPANY has to refund the amount received within 14 days at the latest from the day it received the products.

– Refund to the customer shall be made in the same method and according to the same terms with the original payment. Namely, in the event of charge of a credit card, it shall be as follows: if, until the withdrawal and the return of the product, the Bank has paid the relevant price to the COMPANY, the COMPANY shall be obliged to notify the Bank about the cancellation of the transaction and the Bank shall proceed to any action provided for under the contract concluded between the Bank and the customer. Following such notification, the Company does not bear any responsibility for the time and means of setting off that is regulated by the above mentioned contract. If you paid via PayPal or by credit cards, you may incur a commission charged by such third party provider pursuant to its terms of use and operation. In the event of payment by bank transfer, refund shall also be made by bank transfer to the same customer’s account.

– In any case, the Company is willing to inform the customer regarding any queries about the nature of the products by providing additional information by electronic or other means. – In case the products are returned damaged or with missing elements, the e-shop has the right to claim damages from the customer, the amount of which shall depend on the condition of the products, and to unilaterally set off, in whole or in part, such claim against the customer.

Exceptions regarding withdrawal

No withdrawal applies for:

– products that were opened after the delivery.

A change or cancellation of the order is accepted only if the Order Confirmation has not been sent, i.e. provided that the preparation of the order has not been completed. Caution. It should be noted that, following the order confirmation NO change of the indicated delivery address is possible for no reason whatsoever for security reasons (combating fraud).

As a consumer you may exercise your right of withdrawal stipulated in article “Customer’s right of withdrawal without justification”.

In the event that a refund of the amount already paid to our Company, in part or in whole, is required following the cancellation or the change of your order pursuant to the above mentioned, the relevant amount shall be immediately refunded to you in the same way as it was paid. In the event that you receive a refund via a third party payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, credit card, etc.) you may incur a commission that such third party payment service provider shall charge according to its terms of use and operation for which we are not responsible.
