Description
Place 1–2 stems in 250 ml of freshly boiled water and let steep for 5–8 minutes. Strain and enjoy plain or add honey and lemon according to your preference.
The ancient name of mountain tea was «Sideritis» (Ironwort) because of its high content of iron but also they believed that it helped in the rapid healing of wounds.
