The characteristic colors of the pasta come from the vegetables used during production: carrot for the orange tones, pepper for the reddish tones and spinach for the green tones..

Onion and garlic complete the recipe, making it an easy and enjoyable choice for everyday meals.

Preparation

1. Empty the entire contents of the jar into a frying pan and sauté with a little olive oil for 1 minute.
2. Fill the empty jar with hot water or vegetable stock and pour it into the pan. Repeat this step 2 times.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the liquid has been absorbed (about 10 minutes).
4. Serve hot as it is, or enhance it with your favorite ingredients.

Add salt according to your taste!
