Description
A bold and flavorful risotto with the distinctive aroma of smoked paprika and a gentle spicy kick. Designed for those who enjoy rich, warm and intense flavors, this blend delivers depth and character in every bite.
Made with premium Greek Carolina rice from Chalastra, it creates a creamy texture while allowing the spices to fully develop during cooking. The balanced heat enhances the overall flavor without overpowering the dish, making it enjoyable and versatile.
Ingredients : Greek Carolina rice from Chalastra, smoked paprika, chili, onion, garlic, rice flour.
Cooking Instructions (For 2 servings)
1. Heat 2–3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.
2. Add half of the risotto jar and stir for 1 minute.
3. Pour in 1200ml of hot water or broth.
4. Cook over medium heat for 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add extra water if needed for a creamier texture.
6. Finish with butter or grated cheese, stir well and let it rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Add salt according to your taste!
