Tomato Bruschetta with Feta Cheese

Ingredients :

  • 1 baguette
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 20 sliced olives
  • 2 tsp MYST Organic Oregano
  • 3 tbsp MYST Olive Oil with Edible Gold Flakes

Directions

Step 1 : Cut the baguette in half lengthwise.

Step 2 : Arrange the ingredients on the baguette in the following order:

  • Diced tomato
  • Feta cheese
  • Sliced olives
  • MYST Organic Oregano

Step 3 : Bake at 220°C for 5–10 minutes, until the baguette is crispy and the toppings are heated through.

Step 4 : As soon as the bruschetta comes out of the oven, drizzle it with 3 tablespoons of MYST Olive Oil with Edible Gold Flakes.
