Our pitted Kalamata olives are slowly and naturally cured in brine with lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and oregano, without any industrial processing or chemical additives. With their rich texture and balanced flavor, they are the perfect choice for everyday dishes and Mediterranean creations.

Our olives naturally mature for six months in sea salt, following traditional methods. The pits are then removed, and the olives are marinated with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and oregano to achieve their rich Mediterranean flavor.
Delicious and preservative-free, they are perfect for salads, pizzas, appetizers, or as a healthy snack.
