In der Mitte eine Mulde formen und das lauwarme Wasser nach und nach hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit einer Gabel verr\u00fchren und anschlie\u00dfend den Teig mindestens 5 Minuten mit den H\u00e4nden kneten, bis er glatt, elastisch und leicht klebrig ist.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine Sch\u00fcssel mit etwas Oliven\u00f6l einfetten, den Teig hineinlegen, mit einem feuchten K\u00fcchentuch abdecken und etwa 1 Stunde gehen lassen, bis sich sein Volumen verdoppelt hat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig zu einer Kugel formen, anschlie\u00dfend halbieren und zwei kleinere Teigkugeln formen. (Wenn Sie nur eine Pizza zubereiten m\u00f6chten, k\u00f6nnen Sie die zweite Teigkugel einfrieren.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preheat the oven to 220\u00b0C for at least 30 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Den Teig auf einer leicht bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn ausrollen, da er beim Backen noch aufgeht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine d\u00fcnne Schicht Tomatensauce auf dem Teig verteilen.
